-7 km north of Simrishamn in Vik fishing village in Osterlen is our tastefully renovated 19th century fishing lodge which we rent out weekly throughout the year.
-Vik is the oldest, smallest and most well-preserved fishing village in Osterlen, characterized by a dense, cohesive settlement with irregular small houses and plots between which narrow streets and beaches wind. A unique atmosphere that we hope that you as a visitor are as keen to preserve as we are!
-The entire lower floor of the house is available.
-The rental part of the house has an area of 90 m² and consists of 3 separate bedrooms for a total of 6 adults.
-Living room with wood burning stove, TV with DVD and Chromecast for streaming programs. Wi-Fi is included in the rent.
-Completely toilet and shower room with double sink and washing machine.
-Well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer and dishwasher.
-Dining room with table and space for 8 guests.
-Cot and high chair available.
-Upstairs is private and locked.
-Heating costs are added during the cold season
-Private, well-planned, private garden.
-Café table with chairs outside the kitchen door.
-Outbuilding with garden furniture and simple barbecue equipment, etc.
-Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors is not allowed.
